Terms and Conditions
Entering the premises
Anyone who wants to enjoy the facilities or any of the services offered by Trepa: La Casa de la Escalada either as a user or companion must register beforehand. If it is your first time, you can register at the following link or come to the reception desk.
Children
- The entrance to the wall, if you are going to use it, is only paid for children over 8 years of age.
- Rental of climbing shoes must be paid regardless of age.
Pets
- Your pets are only welcome during the hours of 6:00 am to 5:00 pm on weekdays. On weekends and holidays you can enter with your pet during all opening hours.
- Make sure you bring their leash, so that they are tied at all times and thus prevent them from climbing on the mats and potentially endangering their integrity and that of other clients.
- If you know that your pet exhibits territorial or aggressive behavior, you should make sure to bring and put a muzzle on it.
Memberships
- Your membership is not transferable, nor will we refund any money if you want to cancel it before the expiration date.
- From the expiration date of your membership you will have 7 calendar days to pay for a new period and thus keep your membership active. During these 7 days you will not be able to use the facilities unless you renew the payment. If you provided an email when registering, we will send you a message notifying you that your membership is about to expire a few days before this date. In the event that we do not receive payment within this period, you must pay a reactivation fee to become a member again, this fee corresponds to 50% of the membership cost.
- You will be able to freeze your membership once a month for a minimum of 5 calendar days and a maximum of 30 calendar days, after which your membership will automatically unfreeze. To freeze your membership you must send a message to Trepa WhatsApp or an email to info@trepa.co making the request and filling out the information and personal data requested. You cannot freeze your membership during the 7 extra days you have to renew your membership after it expires.
- You can only freeze your membership before its expiration date.
- In total, the time the membership remains frozen may not exceed 120 calendar days per year, but the maximum amount of days is proportional to the time in the year spent as a member.
- Passes for guests or new customers are valid for one calendar month and cannot be accumulated.
- Those who enter with guest passes can only enjoy this benefit once per calendar month.
- The discounts, promotions and benefits included in membership with the commercial partners of Trepa: La Casa de la Escalada are subject to the validity and Terms and Conditions of the respective commercial agreements.
Monthly payment without membership
- The monthly payment without affiliation is not transferable and is valid for 30 calendar days.
- We will not return money in case you want to cancel your monthly payment without membership before its expiration date.
- The monthly payment without membership does not include the rental of climbing equipment.
- The monthly payment without affiliation cannot be frozen.
Ticket holder 10 passes
- The ticket does not include the rental of climbing equipment.
- Can be shared between 2 people.
- The ticket holder is valid for 90 calendar days. After this period you will not be able to use the days that were pending to be used.
- The ticket holder cannot be frozen.
Classes and courses
- These services have an effective date that depends on the type and number of classes.
- This date will be informed to you when you make the purchase. After this date you will not be able to use the classes that were pending to be used.
- For midweek courses you have 8 classes, which cannot be made up in case you fail, but you can use that extra day for free climbing at any other time during the duration of the course.
- For weekend courses you have 4 classes, which cannot be made up in case you fail, and 4 additional sessions for free climbing at any other time during the duration of the course.
- Classes and courses cannot be frozen.
- For the duration of the foundation course, you have access to all the benefits of a membership.
- Once the course is completed and for a maximum period of 2 months, you can become a member of Trepa without having to pay the membership fee.
Yoga Sessions
- In order to manage your reservation, it is necessary to make payment or have a valid yoga pass.
- As a member your first Yoga session is complimentary.
- Yoga sessions must be booked in advance, including complimentary sessions.
- If you do not attend a booked session, the session is counted as taken and we cannot reschedule or make a refund. This also applies to complimentary sessions.
- If you need to reschedule an activity, you can do so until the day before the session date by sending a message to Trepa WhatsApp or writing an email to info@trepa. co within working hours.
Lost and found
- If you lost something, please ask on the reception desk.
- Lost objects found in the Trepa facilities are collected and marked with the date they were found and stored in our warehouse.
- We keep lost items for a maximum period of 3 months.
- Lost items that are not claimed within 3 months will be donated.
###Lockers
- We have locker service on the second floor.
- If you require a lock, you can request one at reception by leaving an identification document.
- In case of loss or damage to the lock, you must pay a value of $5,000 COP.
