You don't need to have exceptional strength or physical condition to be able to climb. We have blocks that you can climb on your first visit and, if you climb often, you will realize that every day you will be able to climb new levels.

You can arrive at the time you want and climb as long as you want, you do not need to make a reservation. We recommend you check our opening hours.

You don't need to bring anything more than comfortable clothing, hydration, and a desire to learn and have fun. Here you can rent climbing shoes and magnesium. If you do not bring your own climbing shoes, we recommend bringing socks.

All our climbing services include access to:

  • Climbing area with children's wall, block wall, campus board and moon board.
  • Strengthening and stretching areas with TRX, hoops, bar cage, hangboards, weights, Olympic bar and more.
  • Dressing room area, lockers and bathrooms.
  • Bicycle parking.
  • Coworking area with Wi-Fi to work, read or hold meetings.

Because Trepa is a closed space, we have established that you cannot be in the facilities bare-chested.

Your furry friend is welcome at Trepa: La Casa de la Escalada only from 6:00 am to 5:00 pm on weekdays. Make sure you bring his leash, so that it is tied at all times and thus prevent him from climbing on the mats and potentially endangering his integrity and that of other clients.

If you know that your pet exhibits territorial or aggressive behaviors, you should make sure you have a muzzle.

No, you do not need to have previous experience or take classes to start, a 10-minute introduction will be enough to know the rules and safety measures of Trepa: La Casa de la Escalada. If you want to learn the technique better, we recommend taking our Induction Class or our Climbing Fundamentals Course.

Climbing is a risky sport. As long as you follow the rules of Trepa: La Casa de la Escalada and the instructions of our staff, you can practice it safely.

Memberships have the right to a freeze in the month for minimum period of 5 days and a maximum of 30 days.

Children can climb the wall as long as they are accompanied by their guardian who must also be climbing with them.

The entrance to the wall, if you are going to use it, is only paid for children over 8 years of age.
