This route was created with the purpose of attending to and accompanying situations of gender-based violence.

The first step to activate the route is to Make a Report. This can be activated by the victim or by another person who detects the case. If you want to report a case, you just have to enter the following link.

Please note that the report will be completely confidential and can be anonymous if you wish. You will be received by a professional in gender affairs who will provide initial attention and support. Depending on the case and if you wish to continue the process, the case will be sent to the Gender Committee.

The Committee is made up of:

• Two professionals in gender affairs.
• A representative of the coaches.
• A representative of the employees.
• A founding member of Trepa: La Casa de la Escalada.

Keep in mind that you own the process, so it will advance and continue according to your pace and your desires. We want to accompany you; Therefore, empathy, active listening, confidentiality, respect and patience will prevail at all times.
