Luisa Fernanda Jaimes has more than 17 years practicing Yoga, 8 years of experience as an instructor, 7 years of accompaniment in prenatal yoga and is a guest teacher for teacher training for the International Yoga Yoghismo Association.
She has more than 200 hours accredited in:
- Hatha Yoga
- Asthanga Vinyasa Yoga
- Meditative Yoga
- Yoga for Health
About the sessions
- β±οΈ Schedule: Wednesdays 6:30-7:30 am and 6:00-7:00 pm
- β±οΈ Duration: Each session lasts 1 hour
- ποΈ Capacity: 10 people per session
- π·οΈ Cost: $30,000 COP (Members have a 50% discount)
